We took a dish that everyone knows and cooked it in a different way for a limited time. That's how the octopus sarma came about, out of a desire to try something new while keeping the way we work day-to-day.
The dish was part of a culinary challenge launched on the occasion of the Mediterranean Week in the Magnolia Shopping Center foodcourt, a context in which we chose to bring together familiar tastes and different influences.
