Haplea is a brand built around Romanian food, cooked daily as you know it from home. The menu brings familiar dishes cooked with fresh ingredients for people who want a good meal every day.

The whole concept is built to make things simple: choose easy, get it fast and enjoy a meal that fits naturally into your appetite and schedule.

The right ingredients

In 2020, we opened the first Haplea location in Brașov, at Magnolia, as delivery was becoming the norm. We started as a small family business, serving dozens of people every day. The menu adapts to real demand: simple Romanian dishes, made well, for any time of day.

 

The formula that works

Demand is constantly growing, and so are we. We're building the central kitchen, establishing recipes and ways of working and expanding the team. We're gradually opening new locations in Brasov, and the daily flow is organized so that every dish arrives in the same form in every restaurant.

Served daily

Today there are 50 people in the team, 12 of whom are directly involved in coordinating the business. We have 5 active locations and cook for thousands of people every day. We work organized, at the same pace every day and we are focused on the next step: expansion in Bucharest, built on the same model that already works.

Haplea Hour

Always between 20:00 and 20:45, available dishes are offered at half price. It's our way of reducing food waste and starting the day with fresh food.

Central kitchen

All dishes are prepared in one kitchen, then distributed to locations. This way of working keeps the taste the same and delivers the same experience wherever you choose to eat.

Verified standards

Every step in the kitchen is verified by internal audits, built according to criteria followed by the authorities. It is a system that supports a correct and well-organized way of working.
