On Saturday, April 11, we are doing something unusual at Haplea: we are opening the kitchen and offering all our food at half price.

Why? Because we want everyone to have a beautiful Easter, at a time when everything is expensive and holiday preparations cost more and more.

We all know this Easter comes with high prices. Eggs, butter, meat, vegetables — everything costs more than last year. And when you want to set a beautiful table for your loved ones, you feel the difference in your pocket.

At Haplea we cook food with care every day, following traditional recipes, with fresh ingredients. On the Saturday before Easter, when many of you are already preparing your meal at home, we wanted to do something that truly matters.

Easter should be for everyone

And we are not just talking about price — we believe every family deserves a rich Easter table, and that this beautiful tradition of the holiday meal should be accessible to everyone.

Which is why we decided to help however we can. We have the kitchen ready, we have the team, we have the food cooked with love. On Easter eve, all Haplea dishes cost half the price.

Food is our way of bringing joy

At Haplea we have learned that food can make people happy. It is the simplest and truest thing we know how to do well. Every time someone smiles after the first spoonful of soup, or tells us we reminded them of their grandmother's cooking, we feel we are doing something that matters.

And this Easter we want everyone to feel that: the simple joy of a good meal, cooked with care, that warms your soul and reminds you of home. Because that is what the holiday means — simple, warm moments shared with loved ones.

Reducing food waste is not something we do only this Saturday. It is something we think about every day at Haplea.

That is why we have Haplea Hour every evening: between 8:00 PM and 8:45 PM, the available dishes are at half price. This way we reduce waste and make sure we start every day with freshly cooked dishes.

We work with local producers and choose fresh ingredients from controlled sources. We respect the environment and the community through decisions rooted in quality and responsibility. Because good food starts from the right source and reaches the right person, without getting lost along the way.
