Every location works on the same principle. The dishes are cooked every morning in a central kitchen and then distributed to all serving points. Organising the process this way keeps the same recipes and the same taste in every location.

The menu is built around familiar dishes, cooked daily, using fresh ingredients and Romanian meat. Every day starts early, with preparing the ingredients and cooking the dishes that reach our locations the same day.
